How Can We Help?
Browse through our most frequently asked questions below
How long does a transfer take?
Most transfers are processed within 24 hours. For popular corridors such as India and Sri Lanka, same-day delivery is often available. The exact timing depends on the destination country, the recipient's bank, and the time of day the transfer is initiated. We'll provide an estimated delivery time before you confirm your transaction.
What are your fees?
ForexBridge charges a small transfer fee that varies depending on the destination country and transfer amount. We believe in full transparency — the exact fee and exchange rate will be displayed before you confirm your transfer, so there are no surprises. We do not charge any hidden fees.
How do I track my transfer?
Once you initiate a transfer, you'll receive a unique tracking reference number. You can use this to track the status of your transfer through our platform. We also send email and SMS notifications at key stages — when your payment is received, when the transfer is processed, and when the funds have been delivered to your recipient.
Is ForexBridge regulated?
Yes. ForexBridge operates in full compliance with Australian financial regulations and AUSTRAC (Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre) guidelines. We adhere to strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) obligations. Your money and personal information are handled with the highest standards of security and compliance.
What countries can I send money to?
ForexBridge currently supports transfers from Australia to India, Sri Lanka, Philippines, Nepal, Bangladesh, Pakistan, United Kingdom, United States, and more. We are continuously expanding our network. If your desired destination isn't listed, please contact us — we may still be able to assist you.
What is the minimum and maximum transfer amount?
The minimum transfer amount is AUD $50. Maximum transfer amounts vary depending on the destination country and your verification level. Standard verified accounts can send up to AUD $25,000 per transaction. For higher limits, please contact our team to discuss enhanced verification options.
How do I register?
Registration is quick and free. Simply contact us or visit our office to get started. You'll need to provide your full name, email address, phone number, and a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a passport or driver's licence). Once verified, you can start sending money right away.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept bank transfers (direct deposit), BPAY, and debit/credit card payments (Visa and Mastercard). Bank transfers are the most cost-effective option. All payment methods are processed securely with bank-grade encryption to protect your financial information.
Is my money safe with ForexBridge?
Absolutely. ForexBridge uses bank-grade encryption and secure payment processing to protect every transaction. We are registered with AUSTRAC and comply with all Australian financial regulations. Customer funds are held in segregated trust accounts, separate from our operating accounts, ensuring your money is always protected.
How do exchange rates work?
Exchange rates fluctuate throughout the day based on global currency markets. ForexBridge offers competitive rates that are updated regularly. When you initiate a transfer, the rate is locked in at the time of confirmation, so you know exactly how much your recipient will receive. We aim to provide rates that are consistently better than those offered by major Australian banks.
Can I cancel or modify a transfer?
If your transfer has not yet been processed, you may be able to cancel or modify it. Please contact our support team as soon as possible. Once a transfer has been processed and sent to the recipient's bank, cancellation may not be possible. We recommend double-checking all details before confirming your transfer.
Do I need to visit your office to send money?
No, you can send money remotely. After initial registration and verification, all future transfers can be made online or over the phone. However, you are always welcome to visit our Melbourne office if you prefer face-to-face assistance.
